What we do
Deep in one platform rather than shallow across twenty
CloudifySP works on SharePoint, the Power Platform and the Microsoft 365 services around them. That is a deliberately narrow focus. Organisations running SharePoint at scale hit a specific and fairly consistent set of problems, and the value we offer is having seen them before.
We are a small team, which means you talk to the engineer building your solution rather than to an account manager relaying messages. It also means we are honest about capacity: if a project needs more people than we can put on it, we will say so at the start.

How we work
Four commitments
These are the things clients tell us made the difference, so we have written them down.
Audit before quoting
A price given before anyone has looked at your environment is a guess, and guesses become change requests. We assess first and quote against what is actually there.
Say no when it applies
If out-of-the-box configuration solves your problem, we will tell you that rather than build something custom. Turning down work occasionally is the price of being worth calling.
Design for handover
Documentation, training and source code are part of the deliverable. If you need us on retainer to change a page, we have built it wrong.
Plan for year two
Launch is the easy part. We design for the state your platform will be in once several more departments are using it and the original team has moved on.
Work inside real limits
View thresholds, throttling, run duration caps and licensing boundaries are known constraints. Designing around them is the job, not a surprise to discover later.
Escalate early
If something is going to slip, you hear it while there is still time to act, not in the status report the week it was due.

We are early in building a public portfolio, and we would rather say that plainly than fill this page with logos we have no right to display.
If you would like references, technical detail on comparable work, or a walkthrough of an environment we have built, ask and we will arrange it directly.

- Direct referencesAvailable on request rather than published, which is how most of our clients prefer it.
- Paid pilotFor larger engagements, a small scoped piece of work is often the most honest way to evaluate us.
